Perfect Pitch Lab ("we", "us") is an ear training course at perfectpitchlab.com, operated by Vincere (Hardeepsinh Jadeja, India). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Stage 1 of the course is free and needs no account. Stages 2–9 need an account and a paid plan. We may add, change or improve lessons over time.
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one person.
Prices may be shown in your local currency and may include sales tax or VAT where it applies. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time using the link in your receipt email or by contacting us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

The course is designed to train relative pitch, chord, key and mode recognition, melodic dictation and fine pitch discrimination. The absolute pitch lab is experimental: research shows some adults can learn absolute pitch with long practice, but not everyone does. We don't guarantee any particular result.
Don't copy, resell or redistribute the course, share your account, or try to get around the paywall or interfere with the service.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
