This policy explains what Perfect Pitch Lab, operated by Vincere, collects and why. We keep it to the minimum the course needs. We don't show ads and we don't sell personal data.
If you only use Stage 1, your progress is stored in your own browser (local storage). It isn't sent to us.
This is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in the United States.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. They receive the details needed to process your order, such as your email, country and payment method. We never see or store your card details. Paddle's and RevenueCat's own privacy policies apply to the data they process.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.
We keep your account and progress until you delete your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing vincereapp@gmail.com from your account's address. Deleting your account removes your email and progress from our database.
The service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
