You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it's the Lifetime plan or a monthly charge. No questions asked.
Reply to your receipt email from Paddle, request a refund at paddle.net, or email us at vincereapp@gmail.com with the email address you paid with. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes all refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and won't renew. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Charges older than 14 days aren't normally refunded, but write to us if something went wrong and we'll look at it.
The paid stages lock again. Your progress stays saved, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
